Position: Resident Care Manager Nurse
About: Portland Health and Rehabilitation Center in Portland, OR is currently seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager (RCM) to oversee the proper administration of total care to residents, providing general nursing care and supervising Licensed Nurses and CNAs in the facility.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of employment; Preferred: RN Licensure; Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process relating to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
