Position: Residences Front Desk Receptionist

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work 8-hour shifts at a stand-up desk; multitasking capabilities and ability to remain calm under pressure; positive attitude with strong adaptability; knowledge of hospitality-related computer software; previous residential property experience is a plus; previous front desk or guest services experience using Opera, HOTSOS, Microsoft applications, Birchstreet is preferred; ability to communicate clearly in English; additional language skills are a plus
