Position: Residences Concierge
About: The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Westchester I, located in White Plains, New York, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their Rooms & Guest Services Operations team. As part of the luxurious Ritz-Carlton brand known for exceptional hospitality, this position involves responding to residents’ and their guests’ requests for various services, providing information about the property and local amenities, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery in a professional environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; at least 1 year of related work experience; ability to communicate effectively and handle guest requests promptly and efficiently; knowledge of reservation services and customer service best practices
