Position: Residence Restaurant Manager
About: Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale is seeking an experienced and dynamic Ocotillo Grill Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Ocotillo Grill Restaurant and the poolside area of the residence club, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role involves leading and managing the Ocotillo Grill Supervisor, Servers, and Pool Attendants, providing the necessary support to ensure operational excellence in food and beverage service. The Ocotillo Grill Manager will maintain high standards of quality, guest service, and safety while managing staff schedules, training, and financial oversight.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage management leading an operation or a substantial supervisory background in a luxury environment; Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively motivate, coach, and lead a team; Proven experience in managing daily operations, labor costs, inventory, and financial recordkeeping; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail; Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including preparation methods, service standards, and safety protocols. A valid AZ ServeSafe certificate holder is a plus; Flexibility to work during peak periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
