Position: RESERVATIONS MANAGER

Requirements: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in general computer knowledge; previous experience in forecasting and revenue management; extensive experience in customer service; 2+ years of Hotel Reservations experience preferred; knowledge of Hyatt’s reservation systems and procedures preferred
