About: Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a Remote Customer Service Reservations Agent to handle incoming reservation inquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms. The role involves assisting guests in selecting accommodations, processing reservations and payments, managing cancellations and modifications, utilizing sales techniques for upselling, utilizing technology for efficiency, proactive follow-ups to secure reservations, and responding to guest inquiries and requests.
