About: Bolt Farm Treehouse is looking for a Remote Customer Service Reservations Agent to handle incoming reservation inquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms. The ideal candidate will assist guests in selecting accommodations based on their preferences and needs, process reservations and payment details, manage cancellations, modifications, and re-bookings, upsell additional services, packages, or upgrades, utilize technology efficiently, follow up with potential guests, and respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred; excellent communication and sales skills; proficiency in using technology for efficient operations
