About: Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a Customer Service Reservations Agent to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Competitive pay and bonuses are offered for this position. As a Reservations Agent, you will handle incoming reservation inquiries through various channels, assist guests in selecting accommodations, process reservations and payments, manage changes in reservations, utilize sales techniques to enhance guest experiences, leverage technology for efficiency, follow up with potential guests, and address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills essential
