Position: Reservations Agent – Work From Home
About: Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a Remote Reservations Agent to handle incoming reservation inquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms, assist guests in selecting accommodations, process reservations and payments, manage cancellations and modifications, utilize sales techniques for upselling, leverage technology for efficiency, proactively secure reservations, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
