About: Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a Customer Service Reservations Agent to join their team. This remote position offers competitive pay and bonuses, welcoming applicants from anywhere in the U.S. As a Reservations Agent, you will handle incoming reservation inquiries via various channels, assist guests in selecting accommodations, process reservations and payments, manage changes, utilize sales techniques for upselling, leverage technology efficiently, follow up with potential guests, and address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
