About: Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a Customer Service/Reservations Agent for remote work across the U.S. Competitive pay and bonuses are offered. As a Reservations Agent, you will handle incoming reservation inquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms, assist guests in selecting accommodations, process reservations and payments, manage cancellations and modifications, utilize sales techniques for upselling, use technology efficiently, follow up with potential guests, and respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
