Requirements: High school education; at least 18 years of age; prior customer service or call center experience preferred; authorized to work in the United States; valid driver license and good driving record; proficiency in English; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to type 30 words per minute; polished interpersonal skills, leadership, and organizational abilities; strong attention to detail; self-motivated and able to motivate others; excellent communication skills; willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts; ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to regulatory requirements
