Position: Reservation Agent – Part-Time
About: The Grandover Resort and Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel, is currently seeking a Part-Time Reservation Agent to join their team. The Reservation Agent will handle room bookings, provide hotel information, and address inquiries professionally while ensuring accurate input of reservations into the hotel system. Additional responsibilities include phone handling and basic filing tasks.
Requirements: Advanced verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently to resolve customer inquiries or problems; excellent phone etiquette skills with reservations experience a plus; intermediate experience with basic computer programs (MS Office and Outlook); previous hotel and call center experience preferred; organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks; strong keyboard skills required. Background check and drug screen are mandatory for this position.
