Position: Representative-Customer Service Telephone – ME Teleservices Admin Baptist Memphis
About: Baptist Memorial Health Care, a leading healthcare organization with a strong commitment to technical expertise and compassionate care, is seeking a Representative-Customer Service Telephone for BMH – Memphis Hospital. This role involves handling 18 incoming lines through the PBX system for multiple facilities, managing code calls, disaster calls, and intercom paging hospital-wide.
Requirements: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral, and verbal format; ability to write legibly and record information accurately; 1 year experience in customer service, data entry, telecommunications, and customer interaction; 1 year experience in Teleservices area; 1 year experience in a Multi-line/PBX environment
