Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; one year of related experience; ability to type 30 wpm accurately; possession of or ability to obtain CCIC certification within six months of employment; possession of or ability to obtain Child Safety Seat Certification within one year of employment; knowledge of relevant laws and regulations; skill in computer usage and software programs; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle emergency situations professionally; positive customer service attitude; ability to operate office equipment and perform data entry tasks
