Requirements: High school graduate or GED; 6 months customer service experience preferred; over 18 years of age; ability to type 25 wpm; comfort with desktop computer systems; proven oral and written communication skills; logical problem-solving skills; ability to navigate Windows operating systems; organization and work prioritization skills
