Position: Remote Camp – Head Cook
About: ESS Support Services Worldwide is the market leader in providing remote foodservice and related support assistance to clients in various extreme environments, including offshore oil rigs, mining camps, and Antarctica. They support every aspect of daily community life for their clients’ resident workers 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Requirements: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in food production, sanitation procedures, inventory, and weekly food ordering processes required. Formal craft training is preferred. ServSafe required. Alaska Food Worker Card required. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record may be required. First Aid Certification may be required. CPR Certification may be required.
