Their mission is to ensure that individuals can easily access the financial support they need, making them a trusted and reliable partner within the local community.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum of 5-8 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, telecommunications, or mobile financial services. Proven track record of leading a high-growth business, scaling mobile money operations, and driving digital financial inclusion. Strong understanding of financial regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and risk management principles. Experience in strategic partnerships, investor relations, and stakeholder management. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports, market trends, and business performance metrics. Experience working with regulators, policymakers, and industry associations in the financial services and fintech sectors. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent financial acumen and business judgment. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive innovation and adapt to emerging financial technologies. Effective decision-making under uncertainty and complex business environments.
