Requirements: High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education preferred; 1 to 3 years of experience in similar kitchen/hotel operation; Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment; Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; Ability to lift up to 40lb; Basic English proficiency; Legal work authorization in the United States
