Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years Food & Beverage Management experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer, and spirits); strong business acumen to control expenses, maximize profits, and generate innovative revenue ideas.
