Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor (Per diem)
About: Sutton Park Center is seeking dedicated Per diem RN Supervisors to join their team. Shifts available include weekends and nights. The RN Nursing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the nursing staff to ensure the operational standards of the facility are met. Must have strong communication skills, ability to lead and motivate the team, comply with state requirements, assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, guide staff, administer nursing care, monitor residents’ symptoms and behavior, communicate with the interdisciplinary team, and report to the Director of Nursing.
Requirements: Current RN license; reliable transportation and demonstrate excellent work ethic; excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
