Requirements: RN Stroke Coordinator/ER Manager Full Time Days Position Summary: Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit; coordinates care planning with other disciplines; renders individualized, age-specific bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs; acts as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for patient care provision; evaluates nursing practice quality and effectiveness; participates in hourly rounding; observes safety guidelines and practices; may be in charge for shifts; supervises healthcare team members. Special Skills: Effective interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure; excellent customer service; basic computer skills; preferred experience in Emergency. Education, License/Certifications, and Experience: Minimum Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school. Preferred Education: BSN. Preferred Experience: Stroke coordinator or 2-3 years of ED experience. Required Certifications/Licensure: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona; CPR; ACLS as applicable by Facility/Department.
