Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Director Behavioral Health – $30-46 per hour
About: OU Health, the state’s only comprehensive academic health system of hospitals, clinics, and centers of excellence, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Director for Behavioral Health at Edmond Medical Center. OU Health serves Oklahoma with a complete range of specialty care and is known for its flagship hospital, the State’s only Level 1 trauma center, and various specialty centers including the National Cancer Institute-Designated OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or relevant field of study required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing required; 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience required, with at least 5 years experience in the psychiatric or behavioral health field; Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC) with established Oklahoma residency within 6 months; Specialty certification in RN Leadership or Behavioral Health preferred.
