Position: Registered Nurse – RN
About: Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a dedicated and skilled Home Therapies Dialysis Nurse to join their team. The position involves assisting patients with their transition to home dialysis, providing training in a clinic setting for Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) modalities, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.); Current appropriate state licensure; Minimum of one year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred, ICU experience preferred; Minimum of one year dialysis experience preferred, peritoneal experience preferred; Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of dialysis therapies; Competent at operating all Home Therapies related equipment; Successfully complete CPR certification with maintenance as required; ICD-9 coding Training; Demonstrated teaching abilities
