Position: Registered Nurse Coordinator IMC
About: Las Palmas Medical Center, a 300+ bed full-service hospital in El Paso and part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Coordinator Progressive Care to join their team. Requirements: Education Required: ADN; Preferred: BSN or MSN; Licensure/Certifications Required: RN licensure in Texas or compact state, BCLS; Preferred: National Certification; Experience One + year of clinical experience in nursing required, one year of management experience is preferred, acute care experience preferred; Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to develop a staff schedule, critical thinking ability, copes effectively with crisis and emergency situations, communicates clearly and concisely, encourages team-building efforts, ability to listen, empathize and respond to patient, family, internal and external partner’s needs, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, ACLS
