Position: Regional Service Manager
About: Morgan Properties, a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Regional Service Manager to join their team. Established in 1985 by Mitchell Morgan, Morgan Properties is known for its extensive multifamily portfolio spread across 20 states, comprising more than 350 apartment communities and over 95,000 units. With a focus on operational excellence and strong leadership, Morgan Properties is a key player in the real estate industry.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, university, or technical school; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent general maintenance skills including HVAC repair, plumbing, and electrical. People and facilities management experience required. HVAC Certified and/or Boiler license a plus. High level of leadership skills. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and auto insurance required.
