Position: Regional Service Manager
About: Peak Technologies, a leading provider of end-to-end enterprise mobility, managed services, printing, and mobile data capture solutions for organizations focused on optimizing supply chain and field-based business processes, is seeking a Regional Service Manager (RSM) to join their team. This role involves maintaining premium-level service and support across various field service areas, implementing efficient regional management strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth. The position requires active participation in business development, talent management, process improvement initiatives, and fostering a positive corporate culture. The RSM will cover multiple locations across the United States.
Requirements: Expert level technical background in electro-mechanical devices; Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in field service or IT; Certification in information technology or process improvement preferred; Strong computer skills and ability to work independently; Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally; Ability to work in high-pressure environments and from home with minimal supervision
