Position: Regional Service Manager
About: Morgan Properties, a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Regional Service Manager to lead maintenance operations within a designated region. The company, led by next-generation leaders Jonathan and Jason Morgan, owns and manages a diverse portfolio of over 350 apartment communities across 20 states, emphasizing quick decision-making, strong capital relationships, and operational excellence.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, university, or technical school; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; excellent general maintenance skills including HVAC repair, plumbing, and electrical; people and facilities management experience; HVAC Certified and/or Boiler license a plus; high level of leadership skills; valid driver’s license with a good driving record and auto insurance
