Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience; 6+ years of professional experience; 0-2 years of supervisory experience; Bachelors in Nursing or greater; Active Compact RN license; 5+ years of direct clinical care experience; 2+ years of Infusion experience required; 2 years of managing teams in multiple locations; Strong management and development skills; Ability to communicate and collaborate across business teams; Process-oriented and patient-focused nature; Strong analytical and organizational skills; Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment; Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting to physicians; Ability to travel up to 75% to multiple states
