Position: Regional Manager – Las Vegas

The company manages a combined portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 36,000 apartment units.
Requirements: Two to four years of related experience, preferably in a multifamily real estate company; Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or college, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred; Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly strong MS Excel skills with the ability to perform complex formulas and calculations; Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; Ability to travel by car or air as needed; Ability to make overnight business trips as needed; Lease-up and renovation experience a plus
