Position: Regional Maintenance Supervisor I
About: This position is for a Regional Maintenance Supervisor in a credit union environment, responsible for overseeing and performing tasks related to corrective and preventative maintenance, facilities projects, and mail and distribution support services as needed in the region.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required; three years of experience in property management or five years as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist as a project lead; working knowledge of building systems; problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and communicate effectively; basic typing skills and computer experience required; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to lift 50 pounds
