Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred); 8-10 years of senior-level sales & operations experience, preferably in destination management or hospitality; Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams in dynamic environments; Strong sales and program support experience with a client-focused approach; Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed; Possess an active driver’s license
