Position: Regional FSOP Manager
About: The FSOP Regional Manager position at a leading company in the food and beverage industry is responsible for managing and developing the Food Service On-Premise ‘FSOP’ business for the designated East region in the US. This role focuses on selling Monster products across various sectors such as Corporate Cafeterias, Hospitals, Colleges, Restaurants, and Vending, with a key emphasis on major accounts like Compass, Sodexo, Aramark, and National Specialty Retail Accounts like Home Depot and Best Buy. The FSOP and NSR distribution network includes partnerships with Coca-Cola and broad-line distributors such as Sysco, US Foods, and Gordon’s.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sales and account management within the food service industry preferred; strong understanding of key metrics like distribution, product schematics, merchandising, and pricing; ability to develop effective sales strategies and conduct business reviews; excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in tracking competitive activities and implementing growth strategies
