Position: Regional Food Service Operations Manager
About: The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is seeking a Regional Food Service Operations Manager to oversee and enhance operations across multiple districts, working closely with senior leaders to ensure top-tier service and drive success through impactful programs. The role involves developing policies, analyzing financial performance, coaching General Managers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; four years of progressively responsible experience in services merchandising and operational management, inventory control, customer relations, and supervisory experience; ability to analyze operational data and maintain effective sanitation, security, and safety measures
