Position: Regional Facilities Manager
About: The Division of Academic & Student Affairs (DASA) at NC State University is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join their Housing Facilities Administration department in Raleigh, NC. The division serves all students at NC State through academic affairs, student affairs, and University College, providing guidance, support, and high-impact experiences for over 10,000 on-campus residents through various services and operations within University Housing.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency and two years of experience in the trade(s) areas assigned; experience in performing technical work and facilities management; project management experience; considerable knowledge of standard practices, materials, and methods of leading a maintenance team; ability to plan, assign, and direct work team members; strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple competing priorities; valid Driver’s License required; ability to work evenings, weekends, and handle emergency situations as needed
