About: Perfect Game is a sports management company seeking an experienced Regional Tournament Director to join their Nashville region. The role involves organizing and managing youth and high school age baseball tournaments in the region while collaborating with the Perfect Game Operations team nationally. Responsibilities include tournament scheduling, customer service, staffing, equipment procurement, inventory management, financial reconciliation, sales, and event planning. The position requires both in-office work and on-site presence at events, with local and occasional national travel.
Requirements: 2 years of sports management experience; experience in baseball is required; customer-focused and proactive attitude; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periods; legally authorized to work in the United States
