Position: Regional Director of Sales
About: HHM Hotels is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Director of Sales to lead and oversee a prominent cluster of hotels in the Northeast, primarily in the Boston market. The Regional Director of Sales will drive excellence in guest service, operational performance, and financial results across the cluster, maximizing total revenue and revenue penetration. This role involves working closely with property or Area Directors of Sales to ensure the success of the sales teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; additional/advanced degree coursework in business administration, marketing, and communications a plus; previous experience overseeing sales for multiple properties; public relations and community marketing experience required; Marriott, Hilton, and Independent experience strongly preferred; proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Delphi, and access database tools
