Position: REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
About: Expotel Hospitality is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to join our expanding company. The Regional Director of Operations is primarily responsible for serving as an administrative officer, recommending and participating in the formulation of new policies, and making decisions within the bounds of existing policies. Plans, organizes, and directs programs and activities and the staff at assigned hotels to ensure the Company’s & Investor’s goals and objectives are met. Acts as a liaison between the ownership and brand.
Requirements: A minimum of at least 5 years of General Manager experience with multiple brands; A minimum of 2 years of that experience must be in a full-service hotel; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Strong interpersonal skills; Strong background in field operations; Strong knowledge and background in Sales and Operations; Strong speaking and presentation skills; Must be able to demonstrate owner advocacy with brands; Specific involvement and experience in employee training; Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of various brand systems, budgeting, financial controls, computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office; Ability to travel when necessary.
