Position: Regional Dental Director
About: Advantage Dental is seeking a Regional Dental Director who will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of clinical and dental services at the regional level are in compliance with state regulations and company policies. The Regional Dental Director will provide direct dental services, supervise dental teams, and collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization. This position plays a key role in driving patient service excellence and employee satisfaction while upholding the Preventistry model of patient care.
Requirements: Licensed dentist in the state of Alabama; experience in clinical practice preferred; management experience desirable; current Basic Life Savings Certification (BLS); active U.S. Controlled Substance Reg. Certificate (DEA) license; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication and organizational skills; commitment to service excellence; ability to work independently and prioritize workload; high standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism; willingness to travel as required by the company
