Position: Regional Dental Director
About: Advantage Dental is seeking a Regional Dental Director to help ensure all aspects of clinical and dental services at the regional level are provided in accordance with state regulations and company policies. The Regional Dental Director will provide direct dental services to patients, supervise dental teams, and collaborate with various departments to optimize business success and patient care. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of patient service and employee satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Requirements: Licensed dentist in the state of Alabama; high standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic; DDS or DMD or equivalent; 5+ years clinical practice experience preferred; active, current, and in good standing with State Dental Board; basic life savings certification (BLS); prior management experience preferred; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and demonstrate effective time management; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; commitment to service excellence; willingness to grow and be challenged; ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve business objectives; maintain confidentiality and discretion
