Position: Regional Construction and Facilities Manager

Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in construction and facilities management, ideally in a multi-site environment; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred; Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; EPA Universal and CPO certifications preferred; Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills; Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management tools; Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driver’s license
