Position: Recruiter- Entry to Mid-Level

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR, preferably in logistics, distribution, or industrial sectors; 1+ years of experience as a trainer or in a role that involved employee training or development; Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse equipment training, and OSHA guidelines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates and learners; Ability to manage multiple tasks, from hiring to training, in a fast-paced environment
