Position: Recreation Program Coordinator – Ice Arena
About: Kent State University in Kent, Ohio is seeking a Recreation Program Coordinator for the Ice Arena on the Kent Campus. The coordinator will be responsible for managing ice sports, events, and related activities under the supervision of the Associate Director of the Ice Arena and Outdoor Facilities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Administration, Recreation Administration, or related field; Two years of experience in recreational services or related field; Knowledge of risk and safety practices, best practices in recreation, budgeting, and Microsoft Office Suite; Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills; Ability to manage people and projects, work occasional evenings and weekends
