Position: Recreation Coordinator II – Food & Beverage Coordinator
About: The City of Greeley’s Recreation Division within the Culture, Parks, and Recreation Department in Greeley, Colorado, is seeking a Recreation Coordinator II – Food & Beverage Operations. This role involves overseeing food and beverage services at Greeley Recreation soccer and ball fields, outdoor pools, and ice rink, including managing liquor sales and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in food service management or related field preferred; one to three (1-3) years of special event programming experience in food service management; current certification in Community CPR, First Aid and AED or within 3 months of hire. Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Computer and technology skills including Microsoft Office software, recreational software (Amilia), Connect2Concepts, and When2Work; knowledge of food service equipment; skills in recruiting, training, supervising, motivating employees; ability to resolve customer complaints, strong communication skills; organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
