Position: Receptionist with shared Customer Service & Accounts Receivable
About: The company is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join their team and provide excellent administrative support. The role involves handling phone calls, greeting visitors, managing mail, office supplies, and assisting with various clerical tasks. Additionally, the Office Assistant will collaborate with the Office Manager on customer service, billing, and financial activities.
Requirements: Punctual; Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly personality; Excellent verbal communication skills; Able to work with minimum supervision; Customer service driven and oriented; Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Able to multi-task; Professional appearance; Business casual; High School Diploma or GED; 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Ability to add, subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions; Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional variables; Ability to discern when other parties need to be involved in validating priorities.
