Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 6 months to 1 year of prior reception experience in an office environment required; ability to handle emergency situations calmly; excellent communication skills in English; strong customer service focus; physical ability to handle equipment, lift up to 15 lbs, push carts, and perform various movements as needed
