Position: Receptionist – South Knoxville, TN
About: Covenant Health Urgent Care, located in South Knoxville at 7625 Chapman Highway, is dedicated to providing top-ranked patient care in a newly constructed, free-standing medical facility. Receptionists play a vital role in ensuring fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare at Covenant Health Urgent Care centers, which offer state-of-the-art onsite digital X-ray, EKG, and common laboratory assays 7 days a week, from 8AM to 8PM.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 12-hour shifts (no overnights); availability to work weekends; exceptional customer service skills; ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment; experience in a healthcare facility (e.g. medical office, urgent care, ER) or with insurance providers preferred; commitment to Urgent Care Group’s core values: Kindness, Impact, Teamwork, Efficiency, and Integrity
