Position: Receptionist – Senate Committee on Ways and Means

About: The Senate Committee on Ways & Means is seeking a Receptionist to provide clerical and basic administrative support services. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the general public and individuals interacting with the Committee and its staff, reporting to the Chief of Staff.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant work experience; Demonstrated experience with basic office equipment and systems; Clerical, front desk, or customer service experience preferred; Temperament to communicate effectively and professionally with various personalities; Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends
