Position: Receptionist (Seasonal)
About: At Carr, Riggs & Ingram, a nationally recognized accounting and advisory firm known for its audit, tax, and business consulting expertise, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to assist during the upcoming tax season at their Charleston office. Requirements: Solid 3 years or more of customer service and general office experience; Managing phones, filing of paperwork, scanning, faxing, emailing documents, postal mail, etc; Professional appearance, demeanor, and communications (written and verbal); Moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF; Working Knowledge of RightSignature and sending e-documents to clients by email; Ability to work full-time 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday and overtime as needed during seasonal deadlines; Strong comfort level with technology and learning new programs
