Position: Receptionist – Part Time
About: The Receptionist role at a residential community involves fostering connections among residents, team members, and visitors. They create positive first impressions through in-person, phone, and electronic interactions, ensure adherence to visitor management systems, coordinate assistance for individuals’ needs, and provide administrative and sales support to the leadership team and Community.
Requirements: Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service and working within an office environment preferred. Exceptional communication skills in English; strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities; proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and time management; comfortable with technology and proficient in software programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google.
